For an unusual stay in the heart of the Vosges mountains, this former chapel awaits you for a comfortable stay, for a week or two. From the terrace, you'll have an unobstructed view of the village of Saulxures and benefit from the nearby hiking trails. In winter, the surrounding meadows are transformed into a toboggan run, much to the delight of children. Access is via a small mountain road that is cleared of snow in winter, and car equipment is recommended. Independent gîte in a former chapel. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, crib available on request). Kitchen opening onto living room. Shower room. Underfloor heating. Private terrace. Table tennis. Utilities included. Wood supplied for fireplace. Extra bed 90/190 available on site.

Via the D43 Remiremont-La Bresse road. In Saulxures sur Moselotte, follow signs for Centre. After the town hall, turn left opposite the pharmacy towards Col de Lauvy. At the 1st crossroads, turn left into rue Maurice Barès, and at the second crossroads, turn right into route de l'Envers du Rupt de Bâmont, still heading for Col de Lauvy. Go uphill for 4 km, and the gîte is on your left. Beware: the GPS takes you through Planois and the Col de Lauvy, and this is a small road that is difficult in winter.
