This holiday apartment on the 1st floor of an old farmhouse is located at the entrance of a small village on the heights of Subbiano (3 km). Access to the rental is via a small loggia (common with the owner). The apartment includes a bright kitchen with a view of the valley, a central living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The furniture is rustic and the location romantic. Large natural terrain with chestnut forest. In front of the house, space with garden furniture and barbecue. Ideal for visiting Arezzo, and exploring the Casentino with its woods, castles, monasteries, and medieval cities, whether on foot, by bike or by car.
