This holiday home is located a few kilometres from the charming village of Bellagio. The house is located on a hill overlooking Lake Como and offering a magnificent view. The house is divided into two floors. Only the 1st floor is at your disposal. The ground floor is not inhabited. From the two terraces you will have a spectacular view of Lake Como. Parking space on the property. The property is fenced and closed by an eclectic gate. Access to the house is via a steep concrete ascent (approx. 30m). Be very careful if you have a low car. The region is ideal for discovering the picturesque villages by the lake. Some are on the other side of the lake and can be reached by ferry from Bellagio (about 13 km away). Cernobbio at 27 km, Sala Comacina at 46 km with its islands accessible by ferry. In Sala Comacina you can admire nature and follow the cultural route where you can see an 18th century church and the "Casa per Artisti" (artists' house). For sports enthusiasts, Lake Como offers a wide range of water sports and picturesque paths, perfect for hikers and cyclists.
