Charming self-contained gîte located on the owners' plot, 3 km from the banks of the Loire, 15 km from Nantes and 25 km from Ancenis (easy access to the A11 freeway). Numerous hiking trails in the vicinity.
Heated swimming pool (7x3.5m), shared with the owners, accessible according to certain schedules posted in the gîte (under construction / operational for April/May 2024).
Private parking in front of the gîte. Private, unenclosed, west-facing terrace in enclosed grounds.
Ground floor: spacious, bright living room with open-plan kitchen and laundry/wc.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms with adjoining open-plan shower rooms/wc (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 160x200 bed + 1 90X190 bed).
Additional equipment: wifi, cot/chair, tumble dryer. TV with limited channel access.
Included: bed linen and towels.
Not included: electricity and electric heating (11€/night).
Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (90€).
1 pet accepted (10€/night).
