The Gîte du Chêne de Ménac is a charming, modern, detached house in a quiet, country setting in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 10 km from the beaches, 20 km from Guérande and 26 km from La Baule.
Terrace and enclosed 900 m² garden facing south-west, with superb views of the Brière marshes and the 300-year-old oak tree. Garden currently being landscaped.
Ground floor: bright living room with open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 twin beds 90x200), shower room/wc, separate WC and laundry room.
Additional equipment: wifi, chair/baby bed, tumble dryer.
Electricity and bed linen included.
Not included: underfloor gas heating (7€/day), bathroom linen. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (90€).
