welcome to "33 Le Paradisier", a 3-star furnished holiday home! The house (semi-detached on one side) comprises :
Ground floor:
- bedroom with 1 double bed ;
- a shower room ;

- an open-plan fitted kitchen with direct access to the outside;
a washing-machine room outside the house on the entrance side;
- a lounge area for relaxing after a day out, and a dining room opening onto the terrace and the private 180 m2 garden, not overlooked and with a golf view;
- a large outdoor wooden terrace with table and chairs, 2 parasols and 2 deckchairs;
First floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a loggia overlooking the front of the house;
- 1 other bedroom/mezzanine with 1 double bed and a lovely covered balcony overlooking the golf course and garden;

Location
The property is located in a quiet residential area of Moliets et Maa called "Le Tuc", and your home is part of a housing estate called "Le Paradisier". It's a 10-minute bike ride from a beautiful secluded beach, the "chênes lièges", and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the courses of the Moliets International Golf Club, which itself is right next door to your home: everything can be done without a car, quietly and serenely. The famous Vélodysée, the long-distance cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, is just 5 minutes away, and offers easy rides through pine forests. The central beach of Moliets, with its bars and restaurants, is also just 5 minutes away by bike (or 10 minutes on foot!!) and offers a livelier atmosphere, with bars and restaurants open in season.
