We offer this charming 120 m² house for rent in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 42 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 70 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment in the 12th arrondissement, a peaceful family district. It's right next to the Viaduc promenade with its arcades leading to the Place de la Bastille (ideal for joggers). Bercy Village is just a 500-meter walk away. You'll enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
