We propose you to rent, in Taden, this charming house of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 80 m² (with decorative fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 1,000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 80 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), fireplace (decorative) and sofa.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates... and a dining area.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- An office space.
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The house is ideally located in Taden, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- About 20 km from the coast and its beaches: Lancieux, Saint Jacut, Dinard, Saint-Malo, St Lunaire, St Briac, Cancale...

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
