We propose to you to the rent, in Plouër-sur-Rance, this charming house to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 134 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 80 m², an open equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 500 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 80 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: A queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: A double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub
- Separate toilet.
For even more comfort : high chair, washing machine, baby bed, charcoal barbecue, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 500 m², facing South-East / South / South-West, not closed and surrounded by shrubs
- A terrace of about 16 m², under a pergola with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The house is ideally located in Plouër-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant environment within the hamlet. At 10 km from Dinan, 10 km from Dinard and about 20 km from Saint-Malo. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Maritime sports on the banks of the Rance, , canoe-kayak rental, dinghy, sailboards, sailing school...
- Numerous golf courses nearby and hiking trails along the Rance (green way).
- Cycling, tennis, horse riding...
- Nearby events : the Route du Rhum, the Route du Rock, the Quai des Brumes festival, the Festival des étonnants voyageurs, the Dinan historical festival.
Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and on the private outside tarred parking of the house.
- Nearest train station : Dinan (15 minutes by car).
