The charming Casa Capitán is located in Santa Ponsa, a tourist town belonging to the municipality of Calvià. Santa Ponsa boasts first-rate tourist services: stores, bars, discos and restaurants.

Since January 1, 2016, the government of the Balearic Islands requires a Balearic tourist tax, which is paid at check-in, prices vary depending on the length of stay and the season (low or high).
