Beautiful semi-detached house in the exclusive residential area of Puig de Ros, very close to the sea. It's perfect for families, groups of friends or couples where you can enjoy a privileged natural environment surrounded by beaches and cliffs of particular beauty, as well as being a very quiet area where you can stroll, relax and admire extraordinary sunsets. The house has 180 m2 spread over two floors on a plot of 380 m2. It has a saltwater swimming pool and a garden. It is fully equipped with elements of the highest quality, which means that guests can enjoy an unforgettable and comfortable stay in an ideal environment for their vacations. In the villa you'll find a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles with king-size beds and 2 singles with extra-large beds. There are 3 bathrooms, with showers and baths, and 1 toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with the most modern features and an outdoor area with a gazebo terrace and adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a spacious living room. Pool terrace with deckchairs and table to enjoy the view. Satellite TV and WIFI. Air conditioning in all rooms with heat pump. Barbecue on the rear terrace. It also has free street parking, or if you prefer, there's an outdoor space inside the house. The neighborhood has all the services you could need such as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, press, hairdresser, stores and a bus stop 1 minute away on foot. The center of Palma de Mallorca is just 20 minutes away by car and 10 minutes from the airport. And 5 minutes from the Aqualand Arenal water park. If you want to enjoy the long Arenal beach, it's just an 8-minute drive away. In this tourist area, you'll find plenty of leisure and entertainment facilities. If you prefer to go to the sea on foot, you can reach Cala Delta, where countless coves surround it, in 10 minutes on foot (or by car in 2 minutes). Here you can enjoy the magnificent Mhares Sea Club. If you fancy a game of golf (Maioris Golf Club with 18 holes) or tennis (Delta Tennis Club), you can also take advantage of these services. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are included in the price.
Restrictions: The owner will only accept bookings from families or couples over 25-30 years of age. Parties and stag parties are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. It is forbidden to take utensils, bedding, towels, etc. out of the house. Lost keys will incur a surcharge of 100 euros. It is compulsory to maintain the property in perfect condition for the duration of the contract, leaving kitchen utensils clean or inside the dishwasher in operation, garbage deposited in the corresponding container and the air conditioning or heating switched off. They may not carry out any disturbing, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities on the property.
Since January 1, 2016, the government of the Balearic Islands requires a Balearic tourist tax, which is paid at check-in, prices vary depending on the length of stay and the season (low or high). This tax applies to travelers over 16 years of age. The high season rate (April to October inclusive) is : €2.20 per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; €1.10 per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are halved in each case from November 1. This tax applies to residents and non-residents of the European Union.
Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the documentary registration and information obligations of natural or legal persons carrying out accommodation and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of this standard will collect the data of the users thereof in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations which are developed by means of this Royal Decree. 2. Registration forms for the use of accommodation services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who uses them, in accordance with the established system and model. In the case of persons under the age of fourteen, their details must be provided by the adult with whom they are accompanied. 3. Customers will receive a link from the host to register all members who will be staying at the vacation homes. This process is very simple and quick, and failure to comply with this legal requirement may result in breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.
