This traditional 3 bed 2 Bath villa with communal pool is located in Los Almendros, in between La Florida and Pau 8- Villamartin. It is close to Dream Hills and Pau 8. Local bars and restaurants are only a 10-20 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is a 2 minute drive away. There are 3 golf courses within a 15 minute drive and many blue flagged beaches in the surrounding area too.
The Space:
You enter the property into the large living room with a feature fireplace. The living room has 2 sofas, a smart TV and a large coffee table. Off the living room to the left you have the downstairs bathroom.
Past the living room to the back of the property you have the dining room with a 6 person dinner table and the kitchen. The kitchen then leads out in to the back private terrace area with a table and chairs perfect for dining Al fresco or relaxing in the fresh air.
