We propose to you to the rent, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming house of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 50 m² with sofa, armchairs, TV, Wifi, fireplace (not functional)
- A dining room area to gather around a good meal
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...

- Bedroom 1 located in an outbuilding with access from the outside : a double bed (140×190)
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) with an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet, vanity unit
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190)

- A bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC

Outside :

The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops. 3 minutes from the center of Pléneuf-Val-André. Near the beaches. Quick access to the road to Lamballe. At 10 minutes from Erquy.

- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
