Splendid seaside villa sleeping 12, in the municipality of Altavilla Milicia, 30 km from Palermo and 40 km from Cefalù, ideal for large families with children or groups of friends. The villa enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea from which it is about 500 m. away and a swimming pool whose location with sea view makes it unique and prestigious.
The villa consists of two units: one with 10 beds and a two-room apartment on the second floor with two beds.
The first unit has a large living room-kitchen, five bedrooms (4double and 1 with two beds), 4 bathrooms with shower.
The two-bedroom unit consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with sofa, a bathroom with shower, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. All rooms are equipped with air conditioner/heat pump with independent control. The villa enjoys a swimming pool whose location overlooking the sea makes it unique and prestigious. The solarium in front of the pool , large and well furnished , the garden with lawn , the area equipped with barbecue and dining area , the large panoramic terraces ensure a pleasant vacation responding more to the needs of guests .

The house is strategically located for organizing both cultural and leisure trips. At 4.5 km there is the station of Altavilla Milicia if you decide to leave the car and move by train.
The villa turns out to be in an excellent location for visiting the best of Sicily. Between Palermo (30 km), Monreale (30 km), Mondello the beautiful beach of Palermo, the ancient villas of Bagheria, Cefalù (40 km), the Madonie with its characteristic villages (Castelbuono, San Mauro etc.), Scopello with its characteristic baglio (100 km), Egadi Islands (15 minutes by ferry from Trapani), Aeolian Islands (three hours by hydrofoil from Palermo, 250 km from the beautiful Taormina and 190 km from the volcano of Etna in Catania. 5 km away is the archaeological site of Solunto with the remains of the ancient Punic city and its archaeological museum. The villa is about 500 m from the sea, where it is possible to find both sandy and pebbly (ideal for children) and rocky stretches of coastline.
