Located in a very quiet residential area, a few steps from the north beach, comprising: fitted kitchen, storeroom/veranda, living room, 3 bedrooms, shower room, WC. Courtyard. Kitchen equipment: fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.... Sleeping accommodation: two 140cm beds and one 120cm bed. Courtyard with vehicle access. Leisure facilities: TV, garden furniture, barbecue. Surface area: 70 m². NEARBY: Located 500 m from the town center and shops, 100 m from the north beach. Bus station 300 m away, SNCF train station 6.3 km, Rochefort spa 15 minutes away. Located 450 m from the south beach and the town center, 600 m from the Grande Plage and the North Beach. A 400 € security deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged prior to arrival: bed linen €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Housework: €100. Pet 30 € per stay + deposit 100 €. The rental is agreed for a stay starting at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
