The building is located right in front of the main pier used by large motor vessels and smaller private boats.
It dates back to the early XIX century and its façade has recently been renovated. Its balcony with colourful flowers adds another lively touch to the whole scene.
The apartment is on the first floor and overlooks the lake, it has a central position and an unparalleled view from its very long balcony. The furniture inside recreates the ancient atmosphere.
It can accommodate up to 5 people. The spacious dining and living room is richly decorated with frescoes, paintings, and an old fireplace. From the table you can admire the lake and its boats. There are two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and a single bed , and the second with a bunk bed. The kitchen and the bathroom, recently renovated, are large and comfortable.
A holiday on this Island is an exclusive and unforgettable experience, a journey in the past, a perfect escape from routine… when the last boat and the last daily tourist leave the Island you can appreciate it in its full authenticity.
Spending a holiday at Isola dei Pescatori means tasting the typical atmosphere that is more prominent in the early morning and after sunset, when silence prevails, the light becomes softer and the water reflects the oblique sunshine. You can relax and scan the horizon with its calm water, glimmering lights from the coast and the green mountains reflected on the lake surface. From this privileged spot you can really appreciate the best that this island has to offer, get in close contact with the true nature of the place, and enjoy a refreshing dive into the lake.
How to get to the island:
Isola dei Pescatori is conveniently served by public and private motor vessels and offers a wide range of options for excursions in the surrounding areas, including all the other islands. If you like mountains, there are various beautiful wild spots nearby too.
