Casa Yin e Yang is located 1,5 km far from beaches and swimming pool, from cablewayof ' Stresa - Alpino -Mottarone', and from the historic center of Stresa.
The apartment, is located on the ground floor of a old villa, liberty style, and is surrounded by a beautiful fully fenced garden.
Apartment is recently renovated, consists of large studio furnished with :
a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave fridge and electric kitchen:
a dinning area
a sleeping area with 1 double bed and 1 single bed ( in addition a second single bed)
1 bathroom with shower
large terrace equipped with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast o have lunch and dinner.
Sandra and Mario ( the owners) and their sweet dogs ( a nice labrador and a cute Australian sheperd) enjoy to give you welcome .
during the holiday you can taste excellent bread coming from family ' bakery'.
Casa Yin and Yang is a nice place to have a beautiful holiday in relax.
Well behaved dog are welcome.
The fireplace shown in the photo is exclusively for decorative purposes.
1 dog of small/medium size (max 15Kg) will be allowed by previous request and only after approval. The cost for the dog is 5 euro per night. This structure does not accomodate cats.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax to be paid at check in.
Invoice available on request (application must be sent 10 days before check in (after this deadline it will not be taken in consideration).
Check in is done starting from 3pm till 8 pm.
In case of late check in ( previously planned) will be applied an extra charge to pay cash at check in as follow:
from 8pm to 11pm: 30 euro
after 11pm: 50 euro
