This stunning seafront beach house is perfectly located in Calahonda (Mijas Costa) between Marbella and Fuengirola on the Doña Lola beach club resort (Costa del Sol). The property has been stylishly refurbished to a high standard. There are two bedrooms and two shower rooms on the first floor. The lounge, on the ground floor, comprises an open-plan lounge/dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances. The lounge has patio doors opening onto a private terrace and the community gardens with the beach no further than 30 meters away. This property has over 200 international TV channels. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening out onto a large sunny terrace with spectacular sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed, a single bunk bed, and a single sofa bed. All rooms are air-conditioned. The community has one very large outdoor pool by the beach, as well as the use of indoor facilities at a small additional cost. The property is located just 5km away from the Riviera del Sol golf course which makes the property the perfect holiday spot for golf players.
