In a small residence without elevator, on the second line, spacious two-room apartment on raised ground floor (1/2 floor), 50 m from the beach, with private underground parking. It comprises a living room/kitchen (sofa bed) opening onto a south-facing loggia, a hallway leading to a toilet, a shower room, a cabin area with bunk beds, a bedroom with double bed and north-facing balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
Towels and sheets can be hired on request and paid for on site. Housekeeping optional at extra charge.

It's a family resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you'll find a wide range of activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or in the harbor. Local markets are held 3 times a week in summer, and there's a craft market on the port every Wednesday.
The property: ideally located on the second line, just a few meters from the beach. Just a few minutes' walk from the port and shops.
