We propose to you to the rent, in Passy, this charming apartment redone in 2023, of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 23 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower room. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The west facing apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room of 23 m² with smart TV, Wifi, sofa bed (160×190) and dining area.
- Open kitchen equipped with raclette machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 (14 m²): a queen-size bed (160×200), a dressing room and a desk.
- Bedroom 2 (9 m²): bunk beds (90×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment is ideally located in Passy, in a very pleasant environment within a condominium of 9 units. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Small family ski resort of Passy Plaine-Joux at 10 minutes, Chamonix, Saint-Gervais, Megeve at 25 minutes, Les Contamines at 35 minutes.
- Hiking and mountain bike trails easily accessible.
- Lake Passy at 10 minutes.
- Paragliding flights from the Plaine Joux resort.
Transportation:
- You can park directly on the private parking lot (1 vehicle) or on the public parking lot at 50 meters.
- Shuttles to the Plaine Joux resort or to the Saint-Gervais train station.
