For shared use: swimming pool (14 x depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. Private: garden with lawn, parking at the house. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 700 m, sandy beach 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
