Juan-les-Pins, a famous seaside resort on the Côte d'Azur attached to the town of Antibes, is an ideal holiday destination for couples, families or friends, for excursions and long afternoons of idleness on the warm sand. Bordering the Mediterranean, Juan-les-Pins is one of the most popular seaside resorts in the Alpes-Maritimes thanks to its magnificent beaches, its pleasant living environment and its many activities throughout the year.

Juan-les-Pins was created in 1882, an essential destination in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Appreciated by celebrities who come here to celebrate winter and summer, it was a popular holiday destination for many writers, such as Ernest Hemingway and Francis Scott Fitzgerald. Its typical architecture, its white Art Deco buildings such as the Juana hotel and its Belle Epoque villas give it an elegant and seductive side. Stroll through its streets in the direction of the port of Gallice and the port of Vauban, the largest marina in Europe and a privileged place for summer visitors who come to breathe the good iodized air to the sound of the boats moored. Walk along the ramparts, take the Calvary path and opt for a refreshing break in the heart of the Garoupe lighthouse park : from the latter, an impregnable panoramic view of Italy awaits you.

The beaches of Juan-les-Pins are certainly its most beautiful asset : its 25 kilometres of fine sand as well as its long sunny days are particularly appreciated by holidaymakers. While most of the resort's beaches are public and supervised during the summer, others are private and have restaurants by the water's edge. Bordered by a pleasant pedestrian promenade, the Grande Plage is certainly one of the most beautiful beaches in Juan-les-Pins despite its proximity to the road : 250 metres long, it is very popular with the inhabitants and families who come to bathe there. The presence of a water sports centre on this beach also attracts water sports enthusiasts such as kayaking, kitesurfing, diving, water skiing, sailing, paddle, towed buoys and wakeboarding. The most adventurous holidaymakers will not miss the opportunity to climb parachute over Antibes and Juan-les-Pins : an original way to discover the magnificence of the Mediterranean perimeter from above. Bordering the ramparts, the beach of Gallice is protected from the winds and away from the road : it is the ideal place for idleness parentheses under the sun. Not supervised, it is however appreciated by the inhabitants of the station who come to make some fathoms in its azure waters. Hidden between the ports of Gallice and Le Crouton, Le Crouton beach offers an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Juan and Cap d'Antibes. Little frequented, it is the dream place for a picnic at sunset. Also from the ports, you can board a boat or a yacht for an unforgettable family outing, to meet dolphins, whales and turtles that live in harmony in the pelagos sanctuary, a few minutes from Juan-les-Pins.

Facing the big blue sea, this seaside resort is a real place of celebration : it also counts a large number of seafood restaurants, cafés, sunny terraces and shops, but also a casino with a magnificent decor and several night clubs, adored by night owls. One of the major events of the municipality is certainly the "Jazz à Juan", famous international jazz festival which takes place every year in July and which gathers the biggest names of jazz during many concerts at the seaside. In recent years, you can also listen to funk, rock and international variety concerts. Juan-les-Pins will delight you with the diversity of its restaurants. For a chic dinner with your feet in the water, push the door of the restaurant "Plage Belles Rives" : its absolutely magnificent setting is perfect for a romantic meal at sunset. Always facing the sea, the Italian and Provençal cuisine of the Hélios Restaurant is both refined and gourmet: its grilled fish, its steak tartare, its salmon caramelized with sesame and its antipasti will certainly conquer the most demanding palates. Finally, if you like to party, it will be impossible for you to leave Juan-les-Pins without having treaded his dancefloor and made a tour of the famous bar "Le Crystal". Renowned for its cocktails, its atmosphere and its DJs, it is "the place to be" for those who wish to party until the end of the night.
