On the Pink Granite Coast, Perros-Guirec is one of the emblematic destinations of Brittany. Elected best seaside resort in France in a 2007 survey, it will captivate you by the beauty and diversity of its natural and cultural heritage.
Famous for its coastline dotted with blocks of pink granite, Perros-Guirec also has beautiful fine sandy beaches ideal for relaxation or water sports. On the program: sailing, surfing, diving, sea rowing, kayaking, paddle, fishing... From Trestraou beach, you can embark on a boat to discover the archipelago of the Sept-Îles and its nature reserve which hosts many seabirds (gannets, puffins, cormorants, little penguins...) and even a colony of seals. From April to September, you can also offer yourself a crossing to the island of Brehat to appreciate this small corner of Brittany so picturesque.
Then enjoy the rich heritage of Perros-Guirec. While walking in the city, you can appreciate the Saint-Jacques church and its square granite tower, classified as a historical monument, the Grand Hotel and its Art Deco architecture, the Silencio villa, former residence of the painter Maurice Denis... Continue your walk by joining the hamlet of Plomanac'h. This small fishing village, elected favorite village of the French in 2015, will impress you with the perfect harmony between its buildings and its natural environment. You will be able to admire its natural harbor, the Saint-Guirec beach which shelters the chapel of the same name and its oratory, the rue de la Fontaine lined with typical 19th century fishermen's houses...
From Plomanac'h, the "sentier des Douaniers" allows you to reach the center of Perros-Guirec. By following this path, you can admire the magnificent spectacle offered by the granite coastal massif, the lighthouse of Mean Ruz and the Roche du Diable. To the southwest of the resort, discover also the valley of Traouïéro along a 4 kilometers path which will lead you from the cave of the Smugglers to the rolling bridge which allowed, at the beginning of the XXth century, to move the blocks of granite extracted from the quarries. After all these visits, choose one of the good restaurants of Perros-Guirec to taste the flavors of its land: seafood, fish, pancakes, caramel with salted butter...

If you go a little far, "La Casa" in Guingamp is a good idea. A pleasant welcome, a more than copious meal and a prize drawn by the chalk line. In Trégastel: "L'Hippocampe", a super creperie, with a pleasant welcome and the possibility, even in this season, to eat a pancake for the children's snack. A quick service along the coast with sea view.

Maison Hémery in Perros (bd du Sémaphore) : their kouign amann with apples is a massacre as well as their quiche épinard-saumon (not taste the others). In a dream setting (fine sandy beach, blue sea, rocks...) : the restaurant "La Grève Blanche" in Trégastel was a nice discovery with a dish of the day and a dessert for 13.50€, seafood platter, mussels... we all left satisfied. I recommend it.

Two very good restaurants: "La Marée" and "Le Ty Breizh". Remember to book because they are taken by storm and impossible to go there unexpectedly. To do also, take an aperitif in the evening on the boat bar 100 m from the apartment
