Welcome to Trébeurden, in the Côtes-d'Armor. "Attaches itself, who approaches me" is the historical motto of Trébeurden. The uninitiated cannot yet understand it, but those who have once walked on the white sand of Trebeurden know well how true this motto is. A new Eldorado for travellers looking for a sporty and natural holiday, Trébeurden, both mystical and surprising, conquers the hearts of many visitors every year. With its marina and its many beaches particularly well exposed, the seaside resort of Trébeurden is definitely turned towards the sea.
If there is one site to see when you arrive in Trébeurden, it is certainly Le Castel: between the port of Trébeurden and Pointe de Bihit, Le Castel is a peninsula connected to the mainland by a small sand path. A promontory made of granite and greenery, Le Castel shelters the famous rock of "Père Trébeurden", a colossus of stone sculpted by wind, salt and sea, whose surprising shape suggests the sculpture of a grumpy man's face, nicknamed "Père Trébeurden". Facing the latter is Île Millau: dotted with chaos of pink granitic rocks, it offers breathtaking panoramas. You will find covered paths from the Neolithic period, as well as a farmhouse from the Middle Ages. Not far from there is the port of Trébeurden: a former fishing port that is among the most important in Trégor, it is now an elegant port, loved by sailors. In its extension, the "Beach of Tresmeur" is the main beach of the seaside resort. Supervised during the summer period, this long beach lined with cabins and a wide expanse of clear sand is a delight for young and old alike, thanks in particular to its children's club and its many shops. We also advise you, in case of a snack or for a lunch break, to go to the restaurant "Le Ty Goëm" for its delicious pancakes, or to the small creperie "Chez Claire" where the pancakes are excellent and at a low price. On the other side of the port, you will find "Pors Termen Beach": smaller than that of Le Tresmeur, it is nevertheless very popular for its beautiful view of Île Millau. Further north, on the tip of Lan Kerellec, the "Roc'h Ascoat Beach" will delight lovers of tranquility: little known and rather intimate, it faces the island of Toënno and offers a pretty setting for afternoons of idleness, just like the magnificent "Gois Beach" between Île Millau and the port of Trébeurden. La Ponte de Bihit is also the ideal place for breaks away from the frenzy of downtown beaches in summer. At the foot of this splendid cliff which protrudes into an idyllic turquoise sea, the courageous climbers will be able to discover many small beaches and coves made of sand or pebbles. However, "Pors Mabo Beach" is more easily accessible: located south of the Pointe de Bihit, it is loved by families and renowned as the warmest beach in the seaside resort: very pleasant, it offers, in addition to its calm, beautiful views of the Bay of Lannion. Finally, "Goas Treiz Beach", although located along a departmental road, is a delight for sports enthusiasts: located at the foot of the nautical centre of Trébeurden, it will allow you to practice many water sports, from kitesurfing to surfing, sailing, catamarans, kayaks, water walking, dinghy sailing and scuba diving.
In the municipality, you will find many remarkable natural sites, perfect for hiking or cycling excursions. The Quellen marshes, a protected natural area facing the "Goas Treiz Beach", are worth a visit. Via a path on stilts, you can discover on foot the diversity of the fauna and flora that make up the trébeurinais landscape: Camargue horses, water birds, ferns and other curiosities make this freshwater marsh a must during your stay.
If there is one boat trip that you must absolutely make during your holiday in Trébeurden, it is the one of the "7 Islands". Between Trégastel and Perros-Guirec, the Seven Islands National Reserve is a wild archipelago, a paradise for seabirds. The islands of Rouzic, Malban, Bono, Île aux Moine, Île Plate, Les Costans and Le Cerf are prohibited to visit, but they are still accessible by boat during cruises. Depending on the time of year, you can see many birds, from Northern Gannets to gulls, without forgetting the famous puffins recognizable by their orange beaks, and the grey seals that have made their home in the bay. Finally, you will not be able to leave Trébeurden without having visited Île Grande, the Renote peninsula, and walked along the famous Sentier des Douaniers (GR 34) near Perros-Guirec and Ploumanac'h: along the Pink Granite Coast, it offers some of the most beautiful panoramas of the region on the sea, rocks, the Mean Ruz lighthouse and the Breton, pink and sparkling landscapes.

Cupboards. Dishes need to be thoroughly cleaned. The fridge needs to be changed, as the door no longer closes and the food is not well preserved. The apartment is dark. No welcome from the agency, which asked us to be there at 2pm to collect the keys, only to tell us that the keys would not be available until 4pm. An excessive electricity/water charge of 13 euros per person, i.e. 52 euros for 4 people for a week! Despite everything, the accommodation is well located

Explore the different beaches of Trebeurden, visit the marshland, go on the different walks starting from the beach, visit the town, go to the Tuesday market, taste the Breton specialities in the various restaurants on the beach. If you have a car: visit the towns, villages and villages which all have character and charm (Plestin les Grèves, Lannion, Morlaix, Perros Guirrec...). The locals are generally very friendly and welcoming.

The Tuesday morning market is great with great products. 10 minutes from Lanion, a very pretty town with a market on Thursday mornings and 10 minutes from Péros Guirec, from where you can take the boat for a visit to the 7 islands or for a day on the Island of Bréhat. For shellfish lovers, collecting shells, searching for crabs are good activities to do with the family and finally, the coast is superb and there is no shortage of walks. Very nice place for lovers of nature and tranquility.
