The largest beach, very popular with young people and families, is Noëveillard beach. Further east (at the thalassotherapy centre) is one of Pornic's most famous beaches: La Source. Famous for its Malmy spring (considered miraculous, many people from Nantes came to take care of themselves there), it is however little frequented by summer visitors but proves to be a perfect place for relaxation and swimming (unsupervised). You will not be able to swim on the beach of the cove aux Lapins (it is in the port area), nevertheless, the place deserves the detour. Very popular at the time of sea bathing, it is ideal for sunbathing or for taking part in sandcastle competitions, but it is also a popular spot for photographers who come to immortalise the sunset over the port. Water sports aficionados will be able to dinghy, windsurf, along the coast (hiking in the water), catamaran or row, water skiing and kayaking in the waters of Pornic.

We loved running on the way to the Corniche. It is possible to go as far as Sainte Marie. We visited the Croisic and its wild beaches. Pornic with its port. The island of Noirmoutier by the Goi and the bridge on the way back. It is impressive. We also visited the Papillorama : it's great.
