Originally from the Toulon region, the Celtic Kanan group has been touring France for almost 10 years. For its 5th edition, the "Pointu Festival" is once again taking over Gaou Island in Six-Fours-les-Plages! This event, which brings together the crème de la crème of the international rock and indie scene, attracts a plethora of holidaymakers every year. From July 5 to 7, there will be 3 days of concerts waiting for the festival-goers, and the program is already shaping up to be explosive! The English of Hot Chip and Slavs, Japanese House, Julia Jacklin, but also The Melvins, Mogwai, Converge and the French of J.C. Satan will ignite the festival stage. This is THE big news of the year in Six-Fours-les-Bains: the city is launching its brand new festival entirely dedicated to urban music. "Posé", that's its name, already promises beautiful discoveries to initiates and neophytes alike in this field. Rap, Hip-Hop or RnB, so many different styles that will be represented on the stage of the Parc de la Méditerranée. Take out your old "eph paws" jeans and your best sunglasses: Six-Fours-les-Plages is organizing from May 18 to 19 the "Hello Flower", a totally offbeat and zen sixties festival! More than forty exhibitors are expected to immerse you in the heart of the "flower power" movement: fashion, decoration, flower market, jewellery sales, concert of hits from the 60s, tastings, exhibitions of emblematic cars such as the Combi, the 2CV or the Ladybird.... Peace and love on the program, it's like Woodstock! Meeting in the city centre of Six-Fours-les-Plages from 9am to 7pm.

> In a jersey for a good cause (07-03-2019) :

On Saturday, March 23rd, everyone is heading to the Six-Fours-les-Plages swimming pool for the 12th edition of "La Nuit de l'Eau", a nocturnal and supportive pool session open to all. And the program of this evening promises to be varied with a raffle, first dives, introductions to water polo, free swimming or even sports lifesaving.
