After a long day of idleness, make an excursion to the surprising white village of Frigiliana, only 6 kilometres north of Nerja. Frequently cited as the most beautiful village in Andalusia, Frigiliana has a beautiful historical centre that you can easily visit on foot. Its hill, its maze of cobbles and its magnificent houses decorated with colourful flowers give it the air of a postcard.
The caves of Nerja attract many visitors every year. Harboring rock paintings over 42,000 years old (they could even be the oldest of humanity), these caves with impressive stalactites and stalagmites will transport you to the origins of humanity. With this visit, history lovers will also take a tour of the Nerja Museum, retracing the history of the city from the Palaeolithic to the present day.
Andalusia is famous for its festive evenings, and Nerja is no exception. The city hosts many festivals between June and September, such as the Nerja Cave Festival in July, but also the night of Saint John in June : on this occasion, the city is teeming with people, both in its streets and on its beaches, where holidaymakers and inhabitants share barbecues, songs and traditional dances until sunrise.

Burrianna Beach on top! You can also eat well on the beach. Restaurant "Albi" in particular. It is absolutely necessary to go to Frigiliana: a beautiful town in the heights. Go to the beach of Torre del Mar to do some activities (bike rental, etc). We also went to the beach of Marbella which is a nice town.
