Hello, I was staying in apartment S 13 les Rives Marines. First of all, there is no private parking lot in the residence, but an unguarded municipal parking lot adjacent to the residence. Wheelbarrows are available for unloading. The apartment was on the first floor (20 steps, imagine the pleasure of unloading). The apartment was clean but in poor condition. Hook on sofa fabric. Holes in the parquet. Baseboards peeling in places. Paint on window doors and balustrade all chipped. Household equipment: no shelf for bottles at the bottom of the fridge (broken), 2 large pots and 2 stoves (for an 8-person apartment). No vacuum cleaner in apartment, available at reception. Knowing that in high season, the rental price displayed is 2590 euros; I think that for the same price, we can find better. It's a shame, because geographically, the residence is well located, close to the bird sanctuary and with plenty of cycle paths nearby. Frankly, I wouldn't go back.

Wheelbarrows are available to handle your luggage from the car to the apartments, on 100 meters it's a bit exhausting, because you have to make several trips to unload the car. If you do not come by car, the residence is 15km from Arcachon. You must therefore take your vehicle to go to the Ocean. Sheets, towels, television and wifi are charged. No state of the leiux of formal entry, nor exit for that matter. We informed the reception of the arrival of a 4th person with us in order to pay the tourist tax, we were answered "OK no pb" without invoicing us this tax and without notifying us the identity in our contract. In the event of a disaster (fire) this residence is unable to know how many people are staying on site. Very little crockery, yoghurt pot used as a glass... The outside environment was very pleasant because of the view of the Teich harbour, quiet and pleasant. It is a pity that this residence is not subject to a complete quality rehabilitation and renovation because the potential is very interesting....
