Bright, clean and well arranged apartment; the terrace is large and nice (but spider webs outside are superfluous). Also, such a ridiculously small refrigerator is not suitable for 5 people, nor is a 20cm frying pan. On the other hand a very warm welcome, very friendly and reactive team. Congratulations! The service of the retired guide is excellent, the swimming pool is ideally maintained! A big thank you to all these people who allowed us to live a very pleasant stay.

Good accommodation, heated swimming pool, near La Rochelle, but it is not a suitable residence for the beach, beaches of La Rochelle extremely ugly, best beach close to 17 minutes by car, otherwise you have to leave to the island of Re at 30 minutes but it costs 16 euros. Very practical to visit La Rochelle and its surroundings.

The site is generally in need of maintenance and we notice that the dwellings "undergo" a lot of traffic (traces of dirt and wear on the paint and furniture). The household was not very suitable on arrival, dusty, cobwebs, dirty mattress protectors, limescale taps (perhaps because at the beginning of the season, the accommodation had not yet been rented?). Too bad because the accommodation is the right size, bright, with a beautiful terrace and quite well equipped. On the other hand, you have to take everything in addition, towel rental, bed linen rental, and even if you haven't planned, dish soap, sponge, garbage bag.....
