Hello, our first apartment didn't have a usable terrace. It was dirty, hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, lots of cobwebs in the bedroom, not enough crockery and cutlery for 4 people. We asked for a change of apartment and it was accepted. We ended our stay in a bright apartment with a walkable terrace, much more crockery and fewer cobwebs. When I booked, it said that the sea was less than a kilometer away, which was not the case at all. This was my main criterion for my search, so it's quite simply misleading advertising and it's a great pity I trusted it by not checking the map! A highlight was the warm welcome from the staff, despite the obvious lack of personnel. The vegetation outside is not regularly maintained (you have to move the vegetation to get to the pool and your accommodation), the same goes for the petanque court, the gym is pretty good, the ping pong table is good but you have to remember to bring your rackets (not mentioned when you book), as for the cleanliness of the accommodation, I had read quite a few negative and positive comments and unfortunately I can confirm that the cleanliness was not up to scratch (the fridge was not cleaned at all, the bathtub was dirty, the joints yellowed and the floor very average), the cleaning materials were broken and there was a lack of cooking utensils as well as being quite dirty.

Very pleasant staff, very good reception. We asked for a change of apartment after a first night spent in an apartment under the roof with unbearable heat and the person at the reception was very efficient and understanding. 2nd apartment well located and more pleasant, much less hot. On the other hand, the apartments could use some renovation (dirty paint, aging click-clack, few dishes). Tv is expensive for 2 weeks. Limited cleanliness (lots of cobwebs, dirty baseboards). Residence hosting underprivileged families (caf vacations or other?) and sometimes not very respectful especially at the pool! As a result, we did not enjoy the pool very much. It is the 3rd or 4th time we come to this residence but we notice a decrease in quality. It's a pity because the environment is calm and this type of residence could be qualitative.

Apartment in itself nice but the equipment of the kitchen is really minimalist (very few cutlery, sink really cramped, no toaster, no LV,). On the other hand, the WIFI access is absolutely non-existent, no connection possible during our stay of 1 week and even by taking the premium the result is the same.... Very pleasant staff at the reception. The cleanliness of the common areas (elevator, corridors .....) leaves something to be desired.

THE FLOORS IN THE APARTMENT HAD ONLY BEEN CLEANED SUPERFICIALLY. A pleasant stay, the accommodation is spacious and practical. I put 3 stars on the equipment because in the kitchen, there was not even the minimum (4 tablespoons for 6 people, lack of cups, a very small frying pan, broken strainer...). Fortunately, the people at the reception desk managed very well, and in the end gave us what we needed... But I will update a downside, the person who did the pre-departure check told us that she had just arrived and that she had not yet had time to update everything. We will see this during our next stay.... Another problem: the parking lot, a little too small, which means that people park anywhere
