The reception team is top-notch, which is nice! The main drawback is the unbearable heat in the mezzanine, with no opening to let the air in at night... Very basic equipment, no cooker hood ..., and a dwelling that could do with a good cleaning and a lick of paint. Otherwise great location for visiting this beautiful region, and the beaches are just 20 m away!

Housework not done when we arrived but done the next day after we reported it. The equipment is quite suitable except for the mattress which is too old and especially made of foam of too thin thickness... In September no opposite and the pool is clean and well maintained. Good value for money.

The manager and Didier are very attentive to the tenants, just the opposite of Adrien. The manager does what he can to run the residence. The swimming pool is a positive point.
