Nice building, well located. Large bay windows for the studio. But equipment, a HONEST; the 2 clicclacs are from the 70's, no kettle (winter station), no toaster, only one stove more than worn,... It would be a good idea to draw up specifications (with minimum equipment) for owners who only think of making money on the backs of holidaymakers.
