We were very satisfied during our 1st stay in 2019, however this year, we were disappointed by the overall maintenance of the house (cobwebs) and its equipment. The sunshade was defective, the shower
holder was not fixed (detached from the wall). It's a shame because the place is very nice, it should be refreshed and equipped with kitchen utensils and especially provide an oven.

"Holiday accommodation that would need a very big makeover and at the moment is quite old!!! Small terraces in front and behind the house that would have great
potential but currently in total disrepair! Too bad!!!
What is the point of putting a concierge number if at the end no service is provided !!!! We are very disappointed with our stay, we will certainly not advertise your residence well! It's a pity that many things leave something to be desired! Because in addition to the coffee machine which did not work properly on our arrival and which ended up breaking down in the middle of our stay (and not replaced despite several calls to the concierge number), the microwave did not work, the hotplates heated up painfully, the fridge leaked, the kitchen equipment was really very basic (example: 3 small spoons for a 6-person accommodation, no drainer.....and so on!), the cleanliness of the accommodation was far from being irreproachable, toilet glasses wobbly, and well worn, bathroom seals full of mold, shower curtain too! And moreover, we are asked to clean the accommodation before our departure or else we will be charged extra, but nothing is available to allow us to do so...!!! The broom seems to be out of breath, the mop is not engaged, moreover, the duvets and bed cushions were all stained...!!!!
In short, we are still looking for the reason for the 3 stars and the high price! The only positive point is the swimming pool even if some sunbeds were piled up in a corner and would have deserved a good blow of karsher !!!
Personally I absolutely do not recommend this accommodation and I will not go back either!!!"
