The chalet (C3) initially allocated was of an indecent level of decrepitude for 1500 euros per week. They were able to change me, because I arrived early, but at the expense of another family. In the new one, the cleaning had NOT been done at all.

The comforter on the bed was very dirty. We were given a blanket to replace it. The bedroom was missing a lampshade, the bedside lamp was broken. The shower head was leaking. There was no inventory of fixtures when we arrived and we had to report all the problems as they arose. Many accessories were missing, spatula, wooden spoon, ladle, stove... At the time of our departure, we had taken rdv for the final inventory of fixtures, the person arrived with three quarters of an hour of delay and did not check anything what for us explains the state in which we found the housing at our arrival. It seems to us that with a minimum of checks and maintenance, of renovation this service could be improved. We believe that this service is not up to the three stars announced.

translated from frIt's a pity that the housekeeping is not up to scratch, the freezer still has milk or sauce in it, so it's not cleaned, the toilets are limited in cleanliness and there is still a lot of hair in the drain of the 2 showers and big cobwebs in the living room area. It is the first time that we take an apartment in this state! As for the equipment, refrigerator which even on 1 freezes the food, door roller in a WC which remained in our hands (if we had had a screwdriver with us it would have been repaired on the spot!) door of wall cupboard stored against the wall, door of WC which does not close. finally a great revision is to be envisaged in this apartment which is however well arranged. It's a shame. Otherwise very pleasant situation because close to the slopes, the shops and the children can romp easily when the weather is good.

We had a duplex F3, with simple but quite correct equipment, balcony not overlooked, and we didn't hear our neighbours at all. Shops and hiking trails nearby. The only drawback was that the sauna did not work during the 2 weeks we were there, but we took advantage of the pool and often went swimming in the lakes around: Le Bourget, Aiguebelette and Annecy.
