The only downside was the cleanliness: clearly the house had not been cleaned, either by the previous tenants or by the structure. It's not normal to arrive in August to an apartment full of cobwebs, with very dirty bedding (blood, urine...), and not even a vacuum cleaner upstairs. I'd recommend it because the people on site are responsive and very nice, but I'd advise them to call in a cleaning company at the start of the season.

The location is ideal for a relaxing vacation. But access to the remaining house is very complicated for people over 75, and this is not specified on the booking site. The house is comfortable, but could do with a major refresh. The cleanliness of the mattress leaves something to be desired. I've already booked with LOCA SUN and expected better for the price.

Good evening, As I've already told you, the downstairs bedroom is invaded by a mezzanine bed for two people, to which they've added a second mattress for two people underneath (20 cm from the floor, very uncomfortable to get into bed), which impedes access to the storage module, which is rather dilapidated (I have photos if you'd like). Obliged to sleep upstairs. There's no ceiling light in the dining area, so it's hard to see what you're eating in the evening. We didn't have channels 1, 2 and 3 on TV, and no one was able to help us out. No, the residence is very good, the setting, the pool and the warm welcome from the staff.
