    We paid a tax for the cleaning whereas our friends of the neighbouring accommodation, the tax was included in the price. We had to ask for the duplicate keys for two days even though we were 8 people The dishwasher did not work and we had to wash the dishes by hand for two days. When I called the agency, they told me "yes we know". So not very professional... Vars is a very beautiful resort but we will not go through your agency anymore to book. Sincerely

    RENTAL WITH LOCASUN A FUIR 1st point no double key to 8 people is complicated because we do not do everything at the same time 2nd apartment very very dirty we went to buy products to redo it 3rd dishwasher no function there too we went to buy product to do the dishes 4é in the living room we rented it with a clic clac so the bed was 140 cm we brought the sheets accordingly and finally a trundle bed considering the price of the sheets we went to buy some 5th oven, microwave oven very very very dirty we spent 1 hour cleaning it and it's still far from clean 6th the radiators in the corridors have no function or occasionally heat up at idle speed 7th the kitchen utensils you can't cook anything, they all hang up Ski equipment reservation rating Impossible to rent ski boots and helmets at the same time I was told that it was impossible to do so, so you're on your own. If you look at the exchanges I've had with your service, it appears that I rented helmets and then not just boots. AFTER A COMPLAINT WITH LOCASUN HERE IS THEIR RESPONSE: Hello, I'll get back to you about your complaint. Unfortunately, without a photo, our partners refuse any compensation for cleaning problems. We did insist on a refund for the sheets. However, they also require proof of payment on the date of stay.

    We enjoyed the 2 bathrooms. The bedding was very good. The terrace was nice but I regret that there are no tables to eat outside in summer. Also, given the spacious apartment, having taken a 6-seater for 4 people so that our 2 children do not sleep in the same bed and have a room, it would be wise to integrate a washing machine. Apart from the walls having marks from use, it was clean. Missing items were quickly added.

    Perfect! Perfect! Spacious apartment with superb view of the mountain. Outdoor heated swimming pool at the foot of the mountain with a magnificent view! And indoor swimming pool with water heated to 28 degrees in case of bad weather.... We are delighted with our stay!
