A water heater that didn't work in the mobile homes, an arrival in a place that had been "cleaned" but needed to be completely redone because it was filthy everywhere: cobwebs, ants, dirt stuck to the entire floor of the terrace. A room with no light for the entire stay, despite a request to the front desk to fix it (change a bulb). Our 2-year-old son caught mushrooms on his private parts and both feet in the paddling pool, and had to go home early to see a doctor because he was screaming in pain. Grocery store virtually empty, exorbitant prices, even for the region. The lights went out in the campsite at 9:30pm ..... In short, to be avoided. A horrible vacation

The campsite is correct. But the staff lacks friendliness. The swimming pool closes 15 minutes earlier than the closing time of 7pm. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy it later in hot weather. The city stadium for young people also closes quite early. On Friday evening the game room was closed. A little disappointed for a 4 star hotel.

Reception on arrival: perfect, simple and quick formalities despite the sanitary measures. Good layout of the terraces to limit promiscuity, but mobile homes too tight. Cars allowed in the campsite: a lot of traffic, not very pleasant... Sports activities for adults: poor reception, always the same intensive exercises (lunges and squats), whatever the activity, including aquagym! Swimming pool: pleasant but a little small for the number of people to welcome, insufficient number of deckchairs, too little shade. Beach shuttle: from 2pm to 3pm, a vehicle (8 places available) makes the shuttle between the campsite and the beach (20 to 25 minutes for the round trip). Return to the campsite: between 6 and 7 pm. Catering: very good with a great welcome. For our mobile home: the presence of a tree would have been very useful to give shade and a little freshness; very average bedding, uncomfortable armchairs in the garden lounge, perfect deckchair.

Medium campsite...personal, I think everyone should have a covered terrace (and if not...larger parasol!!!) 1 or 2 Chilean girls or deckchairs would be welcome on the plot! Closing the city too top....because there is no way to play before 8pm because of the heat... Swimming pool closet 19 h ,also bcp too early!! Animation bof bof bof (even if I'm not a big fan of it) Reception (at the reception) more than bof...unpleasant! Mobild home....basic from basic.... Not enough sunshades at the pool. In short, so many small details which, as they were many, bothered me....too bad! BUT....fortunately there is the bar....with Patrice and Maeva who finally make it nice..... Thanks to them for that;))))) Great mention to Fred (lifeguard) And this doesn't change anything about the region which is superb;)
