translated from frIn general, we are quite disappointed and we do not think we will use your services again. Some information about the property was wrong. For example, there was no elevator to the 8th floor... the elevator stops at the 6th floor... The outside staircase to access the ski box was unusable and blocked by the residence. We had to go all the way down to the 5th floor and walk two flights of stairs before we could get to our skis. The description mentions a double bed 140*190 whereas it is a 160*190... so we did not take the sheets adapted to the real size of the mattress. All the bedding has to be changed, it's shameful! Traces of urine in the mattresses, ears that have known too many heads and stained with sweat ... I don't know if the owners of this property still use it privately but we had the impression that it was only an apartment to make money on the backs of tourists... it's sad... The apartment was dirty when we arrived...I can understand it considering the little material provided to clean...an old broom and an old rag that is more black than white... We did not bother to make all these remarks (and we could still make some) because we did not want to waste our time during our vacation and fortunately the atmosphere of the resort and the pleasure of skiing allowed us to get over the inconveniences of renting this apartment with your services. In the light of this information, we would like to know if locasun could make a commercial gesture to compensate for this disappointment?

I think it's a shame that in 2021 you have to pay to watch TV, and the same goes for wifi. However, the welcome and the kindness of the staff is exemplary. We thank them for that! Very friendly station. It is also very nice to have activities nearby. The cleaning leaves a little to be desired: there were boogers on the wall in the toilet ... or dust under the bed. On the other hand, the volume of pots and pans does not correspond to the number of guests (8) There is also a lack of wall outlets, especially in the kitchen, to choose between the coffee maker, the kettle, or the griil-pain! Dilemma in the morning! Bedding is of poor quality and there is a glaring lack of blankets. It would be advisable to specify the dimensions of the mattresses when booking (140 or 160). There is also a lack of cutlery (no possibility of turning over) spatulas wooden spoon scissors..... When do you plan to change the electric plates?
