Hello several times when we leave with Locasun, we were extremely disappointed with this rental for Orcières-Merlette. We had asked for a mountain view and received confirmation on 2/11 even though the accommodation did not have one. It took us 2 hours to get our stuff up (skis, travel bag, cool box, etc.) because the layout of the residence is so badly done! 4 buildings in all (we were in building 3), only 1 reception desk, only 1 parking lot (which cost us an extra 35e) and only one reception desk for the 4 buildings! I might as well tell you that on Saturday, when all the arrivals were arriving, it was horrible! I would never return and do not recommend this location at all.

The residence is very well located at the foot of the escalator to the slopes. The accommodation offered a very nice view and was well soundproofed and clean on arrival. On the other hand, for such an expensive service (1400€ per week), no parking, no television, no wifi. Everything is extra! There is no small profit at locasun! Concerning the wifi, the number of boxes for accommodation is limited. You arrive a little late, and there is nothing more available! There is indeed wifi at the reception but in 2022 in such a residence it is necessary to offer a wifi worthy of the name in the residences. Moreover the elevator was out of order many times. In short, a mixed feeling about the accommodation.
