E.g.: cleanliness: the windows were all greasy, welcome: distribution of tote bags and forgotten brioche, we had to ask for more, equipment: fridge too small in the heatwave and for 4 people, lack of hangers, lack of small food containers, not once did we go to the pool: hygiene was limited and too small for the number of holidaymakers, too few sunbeds, accommodation: OK, children's room with difficult mobility and complicated sleeping arrangements (. 2 large teenagers) and housekeeping, they often bumped into each other while sleeping, with the ladder on the bunk bed taking up all the space between the 2 lower beds, environment : placed in an emergency exit with a one-way dead end and only one car passing at a time, car space too small to park hampered by an electric terminal and the plancha space for the family vehicle we have, the neighbor opposite had great difficulty getting out of his space with our vehicle parked, many maneuvers were necessary, and the icing on the cake we were placed next to the camping car station where the arrival of vehicles never ceased with their emptying sewage and toilets scented the place at all hours especially during meals on the terrace!

This campsite is not a 4 star campsite: a daily mess in the campsite which is not clean in the alleys, the vegetation is not maintained. The description mentions a water park, which is a lie: a slide with so little water that you can't slide, 2 pools and a paddling pool. The jaccuzzis don't work well and are occupied by young people under 16. Category 1 and 2 dogs are supposedly forbidden on the campsite, but there were dogs being walked under the eye of the staff and security guard. The evening entertainment was extremely noisy and lasted until midnight every night. I felt like I was in a funfair for 7 days (in my mobile home). The accommodation was ok although there were some very unpleasant smells from the drains in the shower. We left a day early and will not be returning. The other campsites at Serignan plage seemed so much better. The only positive points were the friendly staff and the 5 minute walk to the beach.

Very busy campsite with a swimming pool that is full from opening to closing. Other detail only 2 washing machines so a permanent queue to clean your clothes. The team is very nice and responsive nothing to say about that. The areas for children are well thought out. Beach accessible on foot in 10 minutes. In my opinion, this is the ideal campsite for the low season!
