Very good welcome from the gentleman (who put my luggage aside on the Saturday of the day of arrival so that I could go skiing while waiting for the keys to be handed over at 5pm. The accommodation was clean. Nothing to say except that on Wednesday evening, the cleaning was done in the apartment opposite mine at 11:30 pm by the man at the reception, which woke me up. I went to see this person who told me that she didn't have time to do it during the day and that if she didn't do it at 11:30 pm, she would do it at 6:30 am and that it was the legal hours! I don't know the rules of the hotel business but I am still surprised that your company would make its staff work such unsociable hours. With my best regards.
