Accommodation in a very good location, but expensive for 5 days, in old-fashioned surroundings and with terrible heat in the attic. Dishwasher installed but not turned on, beds to be made even though the stay cost 800 euros for 5 nights. A not particularly friendly welcome. Not a disaster, but bad value for money.

translated from frTo enjoy La Baule => leave the seafront (horrible) and get lost (on foot) in the alleys between the seafront and the boulevard maréchal de Tassigny, you will discover the beautiful towns of La Baule (including the villa Régina, rue pierre Loti/Cornille) still standing: architecture from the beginning of the year 1906 (big pressure on the owners to replace them with buildings!)

Well equipped & clean studio. If you want to sunbathe, the apartments overlook the car park. On the other side, the TGV passes by (this is not particularly annoying if you live on the second floor), it's in the shade, which is appreciable because there is no air conditioning. Small swimming pool very pleasant when there are not many people. Quiet residence, close to the ocean and all the shops and central market. Very pleasant staff and attentive to all requests. Recommended to rent a bike.

Top location, perfect studio layout but a huge let go on the cleaning, cleanliness of the studio to review. Adequate breakfast and a warm welcome! I'll come back hoping to have a cleaner studio. It would be nice to make the apartments available in the studios in a FREE cleaning kit....this may help tenants to leave the apartments in better condition.
