Very well located: magnificent sea view, in front of the access carpet to the beach, about ten minutes walk from the center of port leucate (port), restaurant on the spot and to take away at 20 meters, amusement park accessible on foot (ideal with the children) Negative point: no air conditioning (hot at night throughout the stay, open bay window, no window to make a draught), request to bring in the garden furniture in case of absence, on the photos it looks like there is a bed on the mezzanine but it is only a storage space, very bad network (no 4G with orange and inside regularly no service)

Stay at the top in a small but very pleasant accommodation, with a small piece of private land for the dog, facing the sea and access by a footpath. The only drawback was that this accommodation did not have a small fence to protect the dog, unlike a similar accommodation the year before which had this small fence.
