We stayed at BO Cottage for 4 days. We were made very welcome and enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation and the residence are clean. The apartment is spacious. The crockery, pots and pans and kitchen equipment are of good quality. All that's missing is a hood, a real oven and a drainer. Easy elevator access to the pool. The residence is located away from traffic in a quiet area. It's a twenty-minute walk to the lake. Then it's uphill on the way back! We dined once at the residence's restaurant. It was expensive for the service. Small quantity of meat for the main course. Starters and desserts are on the buffet, but they're not elaborate, quality dishes (mainly raw vegetables and cold meats, and frozen sweet tarts).

Very disappointing stay! The water in the pools remained cold throughout our stay! We were told there was a technical problem and that it would be repaired as soon as possible. To no avail! We found no pleasure in swimming. There were draughts between the two pools, and the children shivered and cyanosed. We had to queue to get into the hammam! A 3-day spa holiday without the expected "wellness" factor. We'd hoped for a discount on a future stay, but nothing, and instead we were charged extra for a small water glass broken in the accommodation. We left with a cold and very disappointed! A stay not worth the price paid!

However, despite a mattress topper, the bed remains too firm and we suffered from this over the 6 nights. But that's just us. Hello after our stay we have a lot of questions about the running of this residence. Indeed on our douglas apartment when we arrived no light in the corridor, the dishwasher does not work, the kitchen table all greasy and the worst black spots grease style on the bench. We were just provided with a sheet to put on after the claim. Either the residence is deteriorating and it is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel or we have had a bad day............ For an approach to booking it gets cold! I was only at the beginning of my surprises... the carpet in the hallway leading to the very "dubious" apartment, stained. In the apartment: broken rod and curtain on the bed (dirty curtain) I notice that it had already been taped and it had not held... I make a quick tour of the place and I inform the reception of the problem of curtain; I must say that it was repaired in 1/4 of an hour. Good. Incomplete inventory: 4 hangers instead of 9. found toenails and tufts of hair on the bedroom floor. scaled and unstable toilet seat; smell of urine in the bathroom, clean shower walls (microscopic pink fungi-), hooked into a bathrobe, Kitchenette: greasy and sticky microwave keys. :( Cooking utensils in a pitcher of clear, dusty and greasy water. No ice cube tray in the refrigerator. On the strength of these findings, I reported by depositing a paper list with an employee at the Residence Bo Resort reception desk... no one seemed to worry about the problem during the rest of my stay, yet it seems to me that it should have been a concern... I also reported my astonishment for the state of the grounds at the hotel entrance; oddly enough, "days after a team came to clean and finally give a better seal to the entrance. I must admit that 2 days after my arrival, I was almost decided to leave, but I was waiting so long for this stay to rest that I took it upon myself to try to get something positive out of it.
