Geographical situation of your rental
I had a very bad stay, because they weren't able to leave me the keys in a safe for Sunday, so I had to spend the first day in a hotel which wasn't reimbursed, and on top of that the shower pipe was broken. the environment was next to a petrol station and it smelled terrible. So I stayed three nights out of a planned 7.

TV no French channels or wifi. Sometimes there were water cuts so we had to wait to shower, do the dishes or whatever because I don't know why there was no more water. And when we wanted to shower we had to do it very quickly so that the 2nd person was enough hot water! An air conditioner or fan was missing because the apartment was very hot, very stuffy. Smell of garbage cans because the containers were just under the kitchen windows. And very noisy because of the many young people who celebrated every night on the terrace of the apartment next door. Apart from that apartment well located not far from the beach and the city center, well equipped with a washing machine etc (except fan). Well appointed apartment.
