A residence well placed, near the slopes, a very comfortable T3, with 2 bathrooms, pleasant swimming pool, sauna, hamman, raclettes, fondue, oven.... at disposal. To have the baker who comes every morning, down the hall, to propose his bread and croissants, it's great. Defects: not clean accommodation, foam mattresses on bunk beds, dishwasher that tips over. Vacuum cleaners and carts available, great idea, but broken or not maintained. Ski lockers on the ground floor, too small to accommodate 4 pairs of skis, for an accommodation of 8 people. As for the ski rental, we were sent to Seignus, 9 km from the resort, not great. The residence lacks maintenance, the reception staff not always very friendly

The elevators are a pain, especially when you are on the 9th floor with 2 to take to get to the apartment! Complicated arrivals and departures. The swimming pool and SPA point are great but the opening time should be extended because at 6pm skiers can't really enjoy it.

However, the cleanliness of the accommodation left something to be desired: we had to redo all the dishes before eating because everything was dirty, dust on the floor and on the furniture. Moreover, the dishwasher "burned out" in the middle of the night, we had to air for more than an hour because of the smoke. The reception was informed of this incident but nothing was done. No inventory of fixtures on arrival and nothing was visually checked on departure either. Only the deposit check was given to us. The good mood and the setting "saved" our stay...

superb stay out of season, very nice welcome and availability... what a pleasure to enjoy the hammam and sauna pool after our looong hikes! moreover, we were entitled to an upgrade in T2... just a downside... the "rented" wifi 5€... a catamaran! To recommend: the small VIDAL grocery store, the butcher's shop just next door (the raclette cheese and cold cuts at 7€... a slaughter!!) the restaurant just in front of the top of the vla d'allos and the fondue aux cèpes !!

It would be useful to make a ground marking for the parking of the residence, because there are not many spaces and people park very badly

The quality of the bedding is a little low (it's the only downside). The people at the reception are adorable and have given us good ideas for walks. To be done again!
