Positief: de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. We have a privilege card that allows us to enjoy the benefits of the Natura Parc and to enjoy kayaking and stand-up paddling. Drie keer een toegangskaartje van deur moeten wisselen. Het online boeken is niet altijd zo handig. Vooral het gesloten zijn van het aquacentre waar we niet van op de hoogte waren bij de boeking!!! No, with my children we had a lot of fun. This was really bad. But then again, we had a great time

The only regret is that out of the summer or Belgian school period many shops are closed.

Well equipped and decorated accommodation. Bedding correct but missing bedside lamp! Efficient heat pump! The only downside is that there are few outdoor activities on site and no water sports! Too bad because the weather was good (All Saints' Day week)

Positive points : - the calm and relaxing environment, on the edge of a beautiful lake - the spacious and well equipped house (Kids for us) - the multitude of activities to be done in a radius close to the domain The less: - the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired, the floors were not nickels when we arrived - all activities are subject to a fee, and some are relatively expensive. Precision that can be useful: the bed in the parental room is 180x200. Sheets can be booked for 8€ per person.

On the other hand, the cleaning of the house was very succinct (sand under the sofa, dust on the furniture and under the beds). the lake is very pretty but there is a lack of beaches because the existing one is small and poorly designed. there are many activities around the lake but all for a fee. lack of activities around the lake (concerts, music, games...)
