Well-designed accommodation. However, the negative points are as follows: preference for a 2-person bed in the bedroom and not 2 separate beds, many stains on bedding, basic kitchen equipment (cutlery...) no hangers. Hello, I booked for the first time via your platform that I had been recommended. I'm going to start with the negative points that I think could be improved. A small welcome kit would be nice, the lack of cutlery and plates would avoid having to use the dishwasher every day. A broom would be useful for the terrace. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the accommodation (sticky orange stain on the toilet seat, even though disinfectant had been used, greasy kitchen credenza, and the metal strip on the bathroom credenza sticky and covered in dust, not to mention the doors with a layer of dust. The bench seat needs changing, because I honestly didn't dare sit on it. I'll finish with the positive points. The residence is very well located, a quarter of an hour's walk from the Pont du Gard. The kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the common areas, the maintenance of the swimming pool .

I've known about this residence since 2020. I find that it has aged a little (maintenance of terraces/balconies - exterior wall cladding). I would have preferred an upstairs apartment. But the location/environment is still top-notch.

Spacious and modern 3 room apartment. Air conditioning in the master bedroom and air conditioning in the living room +++. Very nice swimming pool, quite natural setting. The only drawback is the spider webs in the apartment and on the balcony. It's quite impressive to have so many cobwebs. Remoulins is quite well located. We were able to go to La Joncquera, Argeles, Grau du Roi, Cassis, Marseille, Nîmes, Avignon. All this in 7 days.

However, disappointment with the closing of the pool: as the weather was still favourable, we would have liked the pool not to go into winter mode during our stay.
