Dirty accommodation - we had to clean and wash the dishes (the LV had to be changed) - we found dirty handkerchiefs and bandages, a prescription with medicines (Lamaline), earrings etc... . Apartment small for 6 (no place to hang ski jackets and put après ski..the table is broken (known to the owner) there is carpeting in S to M and no vacuum cleaner.(at reception) .

They listen to our needs and are quick to help if we have any problems. The residence's location is a little off-center. When the nearby TS works, it's no problem, but when it's closed, it's more complicated to get to the resort center and the slopes.

Apart from a few false notes (dirty and damaged carpet and sofa at the end of its life, poor quality bedding) everything was great from a quality/price point of view. The apartment is quite well insulated, the little children's corner is great and the balcony is nice. The relaxation area is a plus but the hammam smells bad and the jacuzzi was not working. Too bad. We still enjoyed the pool. The resort is VERY nice, you can find everything. I recommend but only with a discount. If I paid full price I would be very disappointed.
