Accommodation not in accordance with my reservation No parking space for people with reduced mobility. To my question, is there any other way than up the stairs? I was told that there are stairs in the mountains! It's not designed for the disabled! It's unacceptable!

We had booked a cottage, wishing to be isolated. We had an apartment between two others. We could hear everything that was happening and said next door. Very big disappointment of the vacations

Very disappointed with the customer service with a reception that left something to be desired, the lady at the reception asked me not to scold her because she had had a hard day. We dream, in short we will not return. I have never left such a negative review but given the stay I have no choice.
